Social Perks + Salesforce Integration

Enterprise Salesforce sync is coming β€” surface Social Perks engagement data inside Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

What this integration does

The Social Perks + Salesforce integration (in private alpha with enterprise design partners) will deliver native AppExchange-listed connectors for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Social Perks events will write to Salesforce as standard objects (Contact, Lead, Opportunity) and as custom objects for campaigns and perks.

The integration uses Salesforce's Bulk API 2.0 and Platform Events for real-time streaming. For enterprises that prefer middleware, we also publish reference patterns for MuleSoft and Boomi.

Setup in 4 steps

  1. 1

Talk to your Social Perks account manager

Salesforce alpha access is granted manually by our enterprise team. Reach out to schedule a scoping call.

  2. 2

    Provision a Salesforce sandbox

We'll install the managed package in a Salesforce sandbox first so your admins can review object mappings and security model.

  3. 3

    Map objects and fields

Pick which Social Perks events map to Salesforce standard or custom objects. Field mapping is fully configurable.

  4. 4

    Promote to production

After validation in sandbox, the package is deployed to production and bi-directional sync turns on.
